​@LenaSituations brings you into the first day at Miu Miu Literary Club 2026 - “Politics of Desire”, the three-day programme connecting literature and life through discussions on sexuality, desire and consent. Opening with A Girl’s Story by Nobel prize-winning Annie Ernaux, the first day reflects on formative experience and the power dynamics that shape identity. The panel conversation brings together Megan Nolan, Lea Melandri and Annabelle Hirsch, moderated by Lou Stoppard, to examine how social expectations shape the shared understanding of personal experience. The day continues with “Desire After AI”, where Olga Goriunova examines how artificial intelligence reframes subjectivity and redirects desire towards new abstractions. These are followed by live music performances, as well as prose and poetry readings.
